The Transaction cannot be Started | Missing Signature Tags (zipForm Plus)
This error will occur if your document is missing a signature tag for any of your signers. The system will let you what document is causing the error within the error message that appears. To correct this issue, please follow the guide below.
Using the Blue Add Signature/Task box, click on the clients name to add a signature or initial. The selected signer’s name will appear Orange.
Click and Drag the Signature or Initial to where you would like the client to sign.
Now that Signature Tasks have been added to the document, click Send at the top right of your screen.
Compose your email and click Send one more time.
You will receive a notification stating This Transaction was successfully started.
