Safari Freezing in zipForm® Plus
To resolve an issue with zipForm® Plus freezing or locking up on your Mac, open the Safari browser and disable the auto-fill web forms for your contacts. This data is trying to preload in the background, causing the zipForm® Plus program to wait until it is finished. To fix this issue, please follow the steps outlined below:
Open Safari on the top left then select “Preferences.”
Next, click on “Auto Fill:”
After selecting “Auto Fill“, uncheck “Using info from my contacts.”
Close Safari, and then try opening it again.
