Safari Freezing (zipForm Plus)
To resolve an issue with the solution freezing or locking up on your Mac, open the Safari browser and disable the auto-fill web forms for your contacts. This data is trying to preload in the background, causing the solution to wait until it is finished. To fix this issue, please follow the steps outlined below:
Open Safari on the top left then select “Preferences.”
Next, click on “Auto Fill:”
After selecting “Auto Fill“, uncheck “Using info from my contacts.”
Close Safari, and then try opening it again.
