How to Add Signature and Initial Fields in zipForm® Standard

Step 1:
Open the transaction to which you wish to add the fields. Click on the e-Sign icon, and select Check Status.

Step 2:
A list of submission dates will appear. Select the date you wish to check the status for, and click on the View button.

Step 3:
Click on the Modify Transaction link, so that modifications may be made to the submissions.

Step 4:
Click on the Manage Signatures tab.

Step 5:
Select the party for whom you wish to add signature tasks by single clicking on them.

Step 6:
Click and drag the type of signature box you wish onto the form, and drop it where you want it to appear. You may drag Signatures, Initials, Text Boxes, Check Boxes, Acknowledge/Agree, and Read tasks onto the form where you wish them to appear.

Step 7:
To reactivate your submission, click on any tab other than the Manage Signatures tab, then click on the Resume Transaction link in the left hand corner.

Step 8:
When the confirmation prompt appears, click on the Yes button.
