What started as a vision to help streamline the conventional paperwork process has evolved into a turnkey technology that is continuously shifting the way real estate agents and brokers across the U.S. manage their transactions.

Today, the zipLogix™ family of digital products is the recognized industry standard for electronic real estate forms and transaction management. For almost 30 years, we have provided real estate professionals with a suite of innovative software solutions, including our industry-leading real 

estate forms software zipForm® Plus, and our robust transaction management system zipTMS™.

We provide a full range of licensing and partnership opportunities, as well as complete marketing and sales support. zipLogix™ President and CEO Joel Singer wears multiple hats. He heads the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR), the largest statewide trade organization in the country, and manages CAR’s for-profit subsidiary, Real Estate Business Services, as president. In 2015, he appeared on Swanepoel’s Power 200 list, as well as on Inman 101’s list of real estate industry doers “…driving change.” He was named to Inman’s list of Real Estate Influencers of 2017 as a noted champion of keeping the REALTOR® at the center of the transaction.

A steady presence since its start almost 30 years ago, Lisa has guided zipLogix™ through extraordinary growth. Her goal: automating and simplifying the repetitive, complex steps of real estate transactions. She has forged enduring alliances within the industry, leading to zipLogix™’s suite of transactional software used by more than 700,000 professionals nationwide.

Chief Financial Officer

Ken has been zipLogix’s CFO since 2000, additionally acting as on-site Human Resources Director. Before coming to zipLogix™, Ken was the Accounting Manager for American Red Cross in Detroit for ten years. Outside of work, he served as the longtime Board Vice President of FEDS, a local nonprofit serving Families Exploring Down Syndrome.

Chief Technology Officer

Prior to serving as longtime CTO of zipLogix™ and the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR), Josh led product development for a variety of privately held and public companies, and served as an adjunct professor of engineering at the University of Southern California. He holds several patents for software inventions and has many more in the pipeline at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

For more than a decade Wendy has led all zipLogix™ sales initiatives and planning. Formerly the director of sales and industry relations, she brings an extensive marketing and management background that is showcased in her presentations and participation in industry panels. Wendy has been a leader in the technology space for over 20 years. Off hours she is equally busy with community fundraising events and public awareness campaigns.

Vice President of Global Intiatives

Steve is a serial entrepreneur with a career that spans 25 years in the real estate technology space. His passion for real estate software led to successfully founding and selling two technology companies, the latest to zipLogix™ five years ago. Steve has helped transition over 100,000 customers to the zipLogix™ platform while leading the international and MLS expansion at zipLogix™.  He enjoys spending time with his family and working to contribute to the success of the zipLogix™ team, always keeping the REALTOR® front and center.

Mourad Zerroug

Mourad Zerroug

Vice President of Software Development

Having been with zipLogix™ since 2004, Mourad currently heads product development, infrastructure and product management initiatives, and handles delivery of the entire suite of zipLogix™ products. Previously he worked at various software development companies as chief technology officer, VP of development and director of development, with his software engineering background expanding into executive management.

Vice President of Marketing

Prior to joining zipLogix™ in January 2016, Mark was director of public relations for the California Association of REALTORS®, the nation’s largest state real estate trade association with more than 170,000 members, and was also a journalist for a group of metropolitan daily newspapers based in Southern California. At zipLogix™, Mark oversees the marketing team and is responsible for the company’s marketing programs and initiatives, as well as internal and external communication, corporate websites, market research and more.

Robert Reid

Director of Business Development

Rob oversees the recruitment, onboarding and management of new and existing partner relationships for the zipForm® platform. A 25-year veteran of the real estate technology space, his experience in the business has been an invaluable asset to zipLogix™ since he joined the company in 2014. He is also involved in strategic industry relations and provides leadership for strategic and product planning.

Frank Boffey

Frank Boffey

Director of Information Technology

Frank joined zipLogix™ in 2004. He is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions. As a Certified Information Systems Security Professional since 2004, he also directs the cyber security strategy and operations related to the protection of the enterprise information assets. Previously the System Architect for the National Opinion Research Center at the University of Chicago and a technology reseller, he brings over two decades of IT and security experience to zipLogix™.
